Complete Microlift Deep Plane

Patient, 50 years old Result after 1 year In-clinic surgical center
The Primary Concern

The patient came to Dr. Marcelo looking for comprehensive facial rejuvenation. Her main concerns involved a loss of facial contour and sagging spread across the face and neck.

The Indication

Since her main concerns involved different areas of the face and neck, the indication was a Complete Microlift Deep Plane, allowing each structure to be repositioned according to its specific needs.

Treatment included addressing the neck (Deep Neck). The goal was to reposition the deeper tissues as a whole, restoring facial balance while preserving the patient's natural features.

Surgical Access

For the upper face, incisions were placed within the hairline.

For the lower face and neck (Deep Neck), access was made starting at the earlobe, running discreetly behind the ear. A small incision beneath the chin may also be used to complement neck treatment, depending on the plan for each case.

This approach allows access to the deeper planes of the face and neck while keeping scars discreet.

The Surgical Rationale

Not every patient needs to treat the entire face.

In this case, however, the signs of aging were spread across different areas of the face and neck. For this reason, the indication was comprehensive treatment, allowing the deeper tissues to be repositioned as a whole and restoring facial balance.

Result Over Time

The photographs shown on this page were taken approximately one year after surgery, showing a result consistent with the surgical plan.
