Complete Microlift Deep Plane
Case Report: Patient presenting with neck laxity and loss of jawline definition.
Patient: Woman, 56 years old
Procedure: Complete Microlift Deep Plane
Recovery: 6 months post-operative
1. Initial Complaint and Planning
Gisele presented with complaints of neck laxity and loss of jawline definition, and wished to improve her facial contour and the appearance of her eyes. The procedure was performed at the clinic under local anaesthesia with sedation.
2. Contour (Neck and Jawline)
We began behind the ear, releasing the deep tissues extending to the neck and jaw, which were repositioned and secured to create a firmer contour.
3. Central Face Region (Cheekbones)
Next, a discreet incision was made within the hairline at the sideburn area to access the deep facial planes, elevating the malar region (cheekbones) and softening the nasolabial fold.
4. Brow Elevation (Eye Area)
To complete the procedure, a concealed incision was made along the hairline to gently lift the lateral brow area, adding lightness to the eye expression.
5. Result and Recovery
The surgery was performed without complications and Gisele was able to return home the same day. Three days later she reported feeling well and participated normally in the Christmas celebrations, suggesting a rapid recovery.
