Indicated for managing loss of jawline definition and structural sagging in the lower face and/or neck. The procedure aims at tissue optimization in these areas, recognizing that the final outcome depends on each patient's tissue elasticity and biological response. Access points begin at the earlobe and follow the contour behind the ear to keep scars discreet.

Addresses excess skin on the upper eyelids and manages fat pockets or sagging on the lower eyelids. The plan aims to bring lightness and a rested look to the eyes, strictly respecting each patient's natural expression and individual anatomical features.

In the upper face, incisions are strategically positioned within the hairline. For the lower face and neck, they begin at the earlobe and follow the contour behind the ear. When structural neck treatment is indicated, a complementary approach beneath the chin may be necessary.
All surgical planning aims to position access points to keep scars as discreet as possible. It is essential to understand, however, that the healing process is a strictly individual response; the final appearance and coloring of each scar therefore depend on each patient's unique biology.
The recovery period and post-operative course are strictly individual. Normal symptoms such as swelling and bruising show the most improvement around the first 15 days.
Clinically, an initial stabilization of the tissues allows for preliminary assessments from the third month onward.
However, the complete process of tissue maturation and final healing takes 12 to 18 months, a period during which the body continues to settle gradually and unpredictably.
